KOSMOS from Xenosaga. I took an image of KOSMOS v2 from Xenolegacy's Gallery (http://xenolegacy.com/gallery) then made a background of screenshots from her in the EpIII trailer. Then I put a few textures from Aethereality on top to make it more interesting.

I'm in love with the composition of this wallpaper. The character image in front makes the background really interesting.

Lovely wallpaper ^^
The colors are very matching, and the back-facing character gives the background a more focal point.
