I found the scan at the celestial-star gallery. It's by William. There were no brushes used.

I made this wallie in PSP, and thus was able to make the sunburst effect.

It's simple, but I like it. Download to view in full view cuz it's better that way :]

thats really pretty ^_^ I've never really used PSPX even though I have it...maybe I should look into it XD

Lol yeah, I really need to borrow PS CS2 from my friend; PSP doesn't have as many features. However, it is much easier to use :]

I have 7.0...not as new as CS but it has all the same features and is very user-friendly ^_^
