I got the image from the extracted images section of celestial-star.net I used the gradient tool for the background, opacity (blending options) for the enlarged version of the girl holding the cat, and rectangular marquee tool. Inspired by my cat who loves to sleep on my hands or arms whenever he gets the chance, I called it Little Dreamer. :)
