I haven't submitted any wallpaper here for a long time *pokes himself*. Since I haven't seen a Final Fantasy VIII wallpaper for a long time now, I decided to make one my own. This wallpaper features Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII *applauds*. I just stick with some random effects and it turned out decently. I thought it would look really bad. But hey! It doesn't look as bad as I expected XD. Comments please XD
