I went a little crazy with making desktops (actually this is what I do all day...sit and play with photoshop xD)The back image is one that I took as a screenshot while watching FMA, and extracted the image for the desktop and used the opacity option in the Blending Modes to make it very light. I then used the rectangle marquee tool for the bar and did bevel and emboss.
